We audit your current email platform — mailbox count, sizes, shared mailboxes, distribution groups, calendar resources and any third-party integrations. We identify risks and produce a migration plan.
We set up your Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace tenant — domain verification, admin configuration, security policies, MFA and user accounts — before a single email is moved.
We begin synchronising existing email data to the new platform in the background — often weeks before cutover — so the actual cutover takes minutes, not hours.
We train all users on the new email platform before cutover — so they arrive on Monday knowing exactly how to find their emails, contacts and calendar.
Friday night: final delta sync, DNS MX record update, decommission of old mail flow. By Saturday morning, all new emails are flowing into the new platform. Sunday: verification and testing.
Monday morning: we're on-site or on-call for the first day. We handle any user issues, Outlook profile reconfigurations, mobile device setups and shared mailbox access questions.
